Summary of Client

Collaborating with Mattingly Construction, the client, an established restaurateur, seized an opportunity in Carmel, aiming to leverage the existing restaurant infrastructure. Their goal was to create Thai Season Restaurant, capturing the essence of Thai cuisine in a vibrant and inviting atmosphere.

The client aimed to balance cost-effectiveness with creating a space reflective of Thai culture and ambiance. Addressing challenges such as legacy plumbing and utilities, the goal was to modernize infrastructure while staying within budget constraints.

Progress Studio facilitated multiple virtual tours and interior design presentations, offering options for wall treatments, decor, furniture, and accessories. Concurrently, we collaborated with the contractor to coordinate the installation of new kitchen and bar equipment.
