Summary of Client
As Indianapolis Periodontal and Dental Implant Associates prepared for a significant expansion to better serve the northern Indianapolis communities of Fishers, Noblesville, and Carmel, Dr. Patel sought a space that could accommodate the growing needs of their practice. Positioned within the thriving 146th Street development, the practice envisioned an advanced facility that could house more hygiene rooms and operatories while embracing the aesthetics of a modern dental office.
Project Goals
The expansion aimed to include a comprehensive suite of enhancements: a large medical space with technologically equipped devices, including a generator capable of handling advanced sedation procedures, as well as a spacious staff area, an enlarged front office for optimal patient flow, and a collaborative joint physician office for practitioners. These upgrades were crucial for elevating patient care and operational efficiency.

The space was transformed into a modern practice with streamlined circulation and patient flow, maximizing ceiling heights, a mix of open structure ceilings, and a timeless material and color palette.
