The client, a successful restaurateur, sought to expand the Swayzee Loinz brand by creating a new restaurant location with an emphasis on customer experience and operational efficiency.

Project objectives focused on maximizing in-store restaurant seating capacity, enhancing customer flow during ordering, and incorporating pickup service to optimize the fast-casual dining experience. A design challenge involved creating an engaging atmosphere without sacrificing functional circulation.
Our Solutions
Progress Studio collaborated with the client and their kitchen equipment vendor to optimize kitchen space planning, ensuring efficient employee workflows to enhance service speed. By integrating the client’s established branding, we developed color virtual walk-throughs and 3D renderings to accurately position graphics, lighting fixtures, and dining layouts. Our interior design solutions balanced aesthetics with functionality, ensuring a seamless customer journey from entry to dining.
