The Project Architect / Project Manager is a senior leadership role at Progress Studio, built for an architect with 8+ years of experience running commercial projects end to end. You'll own the schedule, the drawing set, and the client relationship — from the first programming conversation to a stamped permit set to a finished building. This seat carries real authority over how projects get run, not just a piece of the design process.
