Positioned within the thriving 146th Street development, the practice envisioned an advanced facility that could house more hygiene rooms and operatories while embracing the aesthetics of a modern dental office.

Project Goals
The expansion aimed to include a comprehensive suite of enhancements: a large medical space with technologically equipped devices, including a generator capable of handling advanced sedation procedures, as well as a spacious staff area, an enlarged front office for optimal patient flow, and a collaborative joint physician office for practitioners. These upgrades were crucial for elevating patient care and operational efficiency.

Leveraging 3D virtual tour technology, Progress Studio navigated the challenges of maintaining privacy and introducing innovative lighting solutions within the constraints of limited structural clearance. The space was transformed into a modern practice with streamlined circulation and patient flow, maximizing ceiling heights, a mix of open structure ceilings, and a timeless material and color palette. This strategic approach not only enhanced the functionality of the space but also ensured its design would remain relevant and appealing for years to come.
